You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as when you rented it, without any scratches, damage, or missing parts.
The rental period is for the number of days corresponding to the amount paid. You must pay before the rental begins.
No, the vehicle can only be used within the borders of Rwanda. Taking it out of the country without permission will result in penalties.
Yes, you must hold a valid driver's license that is recognized in Rwanda and provide a photocopy when you rent the vehicle.
You are responsible for any damages or losses caused to the vehicle. If you fail to report any damage, you will be liable for the full cost of the damage.
Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If this fails, the dispute will be resolved in a court of law.
You are responsible for fueling the vehicle during your rental period. The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank.
A deposit of 100,000 RWF is required for out-of-town rentals, and 50,000 RWF for in-town rentals. This will be refunded at the end of the rental period if the vehicle is returned in good condition.
